Hardy County Commission

The County Commission Public Meetings are: 

On the first Tuesday of each month at 9:00 am

and

On the third Tuesday of each month at 1:00 pm.

The Hardy County Commission is made up of 3 Commissioners, each having 6 year terms, staggered on 2 year intervals.

William "JR" E. Keplinger, Jr.

Hardy County Commissioner

JR is a native of Hardy County, West Virginia. He graduated WVU with a degree in Economics. He is appointed to the following boards:

                Stanley B. Moyer, Jr.

Stanley is a native from Hardy County, West Virginia. He is appointed to the following boards:

Born and raised in Monongalia County, West Virginia, AJ has been a resident of Moorefield since 1962. He has forty years experience in public service and served the people of Hardy County as a State Trooper, Deputy Sheriff, Magistrate, County Clerk and Circuit Clerk prior to being elected to the Hardy County Commission in 2008. He serves as a member of the following boards:
