Saturday August 28th is a Special Primary Election for the purpose of nomination of political party candidates for the late United States Senator Robert C. Byrd; and the General Election for the same will be held concurrent with the November 2nd General Election. ***Early Voting has ended. ***Absentee's for this election are no longer available. The Courthouse will be closed for business on Saturday Aug. 28th.
********General Election- Nov. 02nd 2010 NEWS******* We are now taking applications for Absentee Ballots for the General Election. Early Voting will begin Oct. 13th thru Oct. 30th Monday thru Friday 9am - 4pm (excluding lunch 12 - 1) and on Saturday Oct. 23rd and Satruday Oct. 30th from 9am - 5pm (excluding lunch 12-1)
